fnatic dispute EG win

fnatic yesterday filed a dispute against Evil Geniuses, claiming that the Americans had ghosted in last and deciding round of the match.
Upon return to their hotel last night, fnatic watched a video filmed by the Swedish news site fragbite.se, which according the dispute filed, shows Danny "fRod" Montaner giving Tomi "lurppis" Kovanen instructions in his 1-versus-1 situation against fnatic's Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg, based on him having the option to look at a large projection screen on the right side of the stage (in front of fnatic), showing Lindberg as he moved around.
fnatic returned to the tournament venue and filed a dispute to the WEM organizers, but it was rejected as such a dispute is supposed to be filed no later than 5 minutes after the game. The WEM rulebook states the following:
Official decision : Any reversal of a decision is not allowed. However a protest can be made by the team leader or team manager only. The protest should be given within 5 minutes after the game and should provide evidence. If the officials agree with the protest, then a rematch is allowed.
The rulebook also states the following rule regarding ghosting, or as they describe it, screening:
Cheating or Screening: Looking at the opponents screen or viewing the live broadcast in order to gain an advantage is prohibited. If it's necessary disqualification can be given.
According to ESEA News, Danny fRoD Montaner received a warning from WEM organizers, for touching his mouse and keyboard when he was dead. The ruling of this could only have been given after fnatic had showed their video to the WEM organizers, as no organizers approached Montaner to give him a warning after the match. The WEM rulebook states the following:
Out: : Player should take off hands from mouse and keyboard after fragged. Players can't talk about game after being eliminated. However, he can cheer on his team players.
Today, the Editor in Chief over at fnatic.com has uploaded a video, stating the evidence fnatic had gathered and showed to the WEM organizers, check it out below.
WEM is not totally without fault either, players and teams should never have the opportunity to ghost, thus locating a large projection screen in the viewing-field of the teams and not covering it properly, instead of placing it behind them, where potential ghosting would be a lot more obvious, seems like a very odd choice. Also it seems odd, that the WEM organizers penalized Montaner, but rejected fnatic's dispute due to the 5 minutes rule.
It is not the first time potential ghosting is brought up at a WEM event. In 2008 the Chinese team of Dragon received a warning for ghosting against the Poles from MYM, a match Dragon won 16-12.
When Evil Geniuses will show up at the venue today, for their match against Natus Vincere, we will seek to get a comment on this matter from the American team.
